CONTEXT
WOLF, a leading company in the HVAC industry (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), develops digital solutions to support its professional partners — particularly planners and installers — in their daily work.
The MyWOLF Portal was designed to consolidate key digital services that simplify the planning, installation, and customer consultation processes for heating and ventilation systems.
CHALLENGE
The main challenge was to find the right level of complexity: providing all necessary functionality for professionals without overwhelming users who may have limited digital experience.
APPROACH
- Focused on service features that deliver the highest value for planning and customer communication
- Designed a clear and transparent user interface structure
- Applied UX principles for accessibility and simplicity
- Conducted continuous alignment with internal departments, planners, and installers to validate user needs
- Led and coached a design team of 6 UX/UI designers to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables
